Organise your own OCEANS event

You want to communicate and network with OCEANS members in your region?

You have a cool idea of an interesting activity for members from your region? You can now apply for funding up to 1500 EUR to sponsor your event!

We invite you to foster the development of the OCEANS Network by conducting educational or professional activities in your region. Any member of OCEANS can apply on behalf of a group of OCEANS Network members. For detailed information please read our GUIDELINES!

In order to apply simply fill out the Application Form and send it to the Coordinating Board.

The goals:
•    Foster the development of OCEANS Network and own initiative of
members
•    Enhance communication, as well as academic and professional networking among OCEANS members
•    Share personal experiences and insights gained during the exchange programmes

In brief:
•    Maximum amount to be applied for is EUR 1500
•    Minimum number of participants of the event is 6 people
•    OCEANS service provider supports the organisers
•    All originals of the receipts related to the event organisation (travel costs, catering etc.) will directly be reimbursed to the members.
•    A short report in the form of a news item for the website is required
afterwards
•    Applications are accepted until September
•    Apply at least a month in advance
•    Coordinating Board will decide within ten days.
